I had a workaround this remote publishing issue by not showing remote publishing at all to customers but now i'd like to review. I have seen a patch for GeoMedia WebMap but none yet for GeoMedia WebMap Publisher - yes there were two hotfixes that nearly work for me but everytime i click open on a newly created remote WMS,WFS or WMP i get a path not valid error. Am not sure if it's our internal domain configurations (i havent asked yet) but i'd like some hints. Picture below highlights the exact error message.
(This is after a clean install of GMWP and application of the hotfix for WPAdminReg.exe and WPStart.dll)

I'm facing the same issues. I have 2 licenses of GeoMedia Desktop 2018.
1 installed in server (which had configured with GeoMedia Web Map).
Another 1 installed in client machine.
WebMap tab appeared and works well in server machine......
But it doesn't appear in GeoMedia Desktop installed in client machine......
I had followed the steps suggested:
Unfortunately, WebMap tab still doesn't appear in client machine.
What else should I do? I need to resolved this because in deployment environment, the map services have to publish from the client side.

We haven't seen this issue with the recent GeoMedia and WebMap 2018U2.
Have you launched the "Register Administrator in GeoMedia" command As Administrator, then REBOOT?

Yes. I have done it in the first place actually.
But, when the WebMap tab doesn't appear, then I tried other workaround as I mention in the previous comments.
