I’ve installed the webmap 15 with patch 6 (15.00.0600.00204) and everything is working fine except when I run a geospatial portal instance. It says “License not found”. But the license is valid, is there and AdminConsole and AdminPortal works fine. Any thoughts on this?

What is your WebMap license type ? Is it WebMap Essential, Advantage or Professional, I believe only WebMap Adv and Pro will allow you to run Geospatial Portal instance. Please check you license file.
One quick test is to run:
This is the WebMap Publisher Portal instance. And it should run properly under WebMap Essential license.
By default, the link http://webmapserver/yourgeospatialportal/ will launch http://webmapserver/yourgeospatialportal/Full.aspx which is the Geospatial Portal instance
Hope this helps.

Yes, you were right. My license was for Webmap Essentials. A more specific "license not found" error would not hurt. =P
Thanks a lot, Frank.

Glad I can help.
You may be able to see more detailed info regarding the licensing error in C:\Temp\licerr.txt (create this text file if it does not exist), this txt file should contain more details.

I have similar problem.
On the same server there is Apollo Advantage and GeoMedia WebMap Essentials.
For my geoportal instance full.aspx template doesn't work, but GWMPub.aspx works fine.
Apollo Advantage includes license for Geospatial Portal, and full.aspx should work.
