After deleting Service Instance from the Admin Console GUI there still exists references to the Service in the Event Viewer of Web Server

Symptoms

For deleted services via Admin Console when debugging other issues users may notice that there is still a call to this deleted service. The response is 'service does not exist', but how can we remove all references of the deleted Service Instance?

Diagnosis

Currently, when a Service Instance is being deleted from the Admin Console, the XML Document for this Service will remain in the \\Hexagon\Services\Supporting Services\CapabilitiesService\store\ location on the server. It is not deleted.
As a result the CapabilitiesService will request capabilities for this deleted service every 15 minutes (default value upon installation). This leads to entries in the event logs like the ones mentioned here on the Web Server.

Solution

The .xml for the deleted service can be removed from \\Hexagon\Services\Supporting Services\CapabilitiesService\store\ and this will resolve the Event Viewer entry for 'Service Does not Exist'
