WFS-G throwing "There is no coordinate system with specified id" error

Question

I still get the "There is no coordinate system with specified id" error despite having a proper CRS configured in my WFS-G web.config

Answer

Please do not remove the following CRS tag for EPSG:4326 from the web.config:

<CRS csfFileName="epsg4326.csf">
       <!-- <Id> - represents identifier of coordinating system.
         Attributes supported:
           - value - [mandatory] the alias name (identifier) of coordinating system (i.e its urn)
           - primaryId - [optional] the attribute that indicates if element is primary id or not; Default value is false;
       -->
    <Id value="EPSG:4326" primaryId="true" />
    <Id value="urn:ogc:def:crs:EPSG:6.3:4326" />
</CRS>

WFS-G expect this on the web.config despite the fact that some services do not use EPSG:4326.  Some users with due diligence may delete the EPSG:4326 from the CRSStore and receive this error "There is no coordinate system with specified id" unexpectedly.
