LabelWeb - using a carriage in Enhanced Text Processing

Hi everybody.

I want to use a <CR> in TextString for point placement on 2 lines.

Here exemple in .lrf file : "Zone" & <CR> & NO_ZONE

Zone

4

I've try different things: 'CR" , /n .... no effect.

The only way a see is to use a lookup table and to put a <CR> in the attribut.

Is the an other way ?

Hi Marco,

you should use the MultiLine option in labelruleset, as described here.

Re: LabelWeb - using a carriage in Enhanced Text Processing

Hi Marco

You can insert line break using && and MultiLine option.

In Display Definitions Section in lrf file type for example:
TextString="any text" +"&& &&"+ attribute_name
With "&& &&" there will be one blank line break.
For simple line break just use "&&"

In  Placement Rules Section of lrf file add MultiLine option
MultiLine=YES
