Hi, when we print in the Geospatial Portal the result is a blank image regardless of the output format.
To resolve the problem we must verify that KB-4040972 is installed, if it is we should uninstall.

this is currently a trending issue, there's a bug in Microsoft's patch delivery. Please see this article (we will create WebGIS-related shortly):

Just made this post to improve the research of a problem that happened to us in several versions of the Geospatial Portal and whose resolution was not mentioned, and what we had in common in the installations affected by the problem was KB-4040972 that causes rendering issues in WPF based applications.
