Hi - We have setup a WFS-G that is querying a field with values such as
SR27 - SIGNALLING ROOM BUILDING WESTENHANGER
SR24 - SIGNALLING ROOM BUILDING LENHAM
SR26 - SIGNALLING ROOM BUILDING ASHFORD EAST
We would like to be able to search for 'Lenham', so have tried %Lenham but this does not work. The text is passed literally as LIKE ( '%lenham%' ) and no matches. The searches are setup to be case insensitive.
Is there a way to allow wildcards at the front of a search term on the WFS-G?

This issue is caused by the Portal web.config parameter Intergraph.WebSolutions.Core.SDIPortal.WFSG.Gazetteer.NamesExcludedFromCapitalization. It is not capitlising the letter entered in the search string '%lenham' and as the data is stored in Oracle, the LIKE query returns no matches. The user must type '%Lenham' to find a matching string.
Is there anyway to configure the NamesExcludedFromCapitalization parameter to either pass the search string entered to be lower or upper case?
